Newport architects land Florida housing job
JBZ Architecture + Planning of Newport Beach was recently chosen
by WCI Communities Inc. of Coral Springs, Fla. to design 69
ultra-luxury attached townhomes and flats within a new master-planned
community in North Naples, Fla.
The firm will be providing site planning and architectural design
services for the project, Villas at Tuscany Reserve, that will
include single-family home sites, a 29,000-square-foot golf clubhouse
and a 20-hole championship golf course. The Villas will be built on
an island and will be accessible only by bridge.
The grand opening for the Villas, which are priced between $1
million and $2 million, is scheduled for spring of 2004.
JBZalso has worked with national residential developers and
homebuilders and has provided architectural services to school
districts throughout California for both modernization and new
construction projects.
Realty company buys Burbank properties
CT Realty Corp. of Newport Beach acquired two apartment
communities in Burbank last month for $21.5 million.
The firm purchased the properties because of their excellent
location in the “Media District” of Burbank, company officials said.
The firm plans on conducting renovations to both properties, which
are separate but adjacent three- and four-story buildings on 1.4
acres.
CT Realty was established in 1994 and has completed more than 100
transactions totaling over $1 billion.
