Laguna Culinary Arts will present a class titled “Elegant New

Year’s Eve.” Starting at 6 p.m., participants will prepare dishes

such as artichoke blue cheese bisque and whole roasted beef

Crystal Cove is saying goodbye to 2002 with a tide pool excursion
