MILLERSVILLE CHOIR

St. Mark Presbyterian Church will host the Millersville State

College Choir at 8 p.m. today for a concert. Buddy James, former

choir director at St. Mark, is director of the 42-voice group. The

choir will also sing at the 9:30 a.m. worship service. St. Mark is at

PIANISTS DIETZER AND FOSTER

A performance of dance music for duet piano will take place today

at 5 p.m. at the Orange Coast Unitarian Universalist Church. Tickets

are $12 for adults and $7 for students. The church is at 1259

NOTED JEWISH SCHOLAR

Prof. Shalom Paul, noted scholar and Biblical expert, is coming

from Jerusalem, Israel to serve as Orange County’s second annual

one-month Jewish Scholar in Residence under the auspices of the

Orange County Jewish Community Scholar Program. The program will

begin Jan. 20 at the Jewish Federation Campus in Costa Mesa. (949)

BAHAI FIRESIDES

Members of the Bahai faith hold informal public discussions on

spiritual topics at 7:30 p.m. every Friday and 11:30 the last Sunday

of the month. The talks include brunch or dinner. Also, interfaith

devotional meetings will be held the last Saturday evening of the
