New Star associates Vallefuoco and Bayley team up for double the

service

New Star associates Lisa Vallefuoco and David Bayley are full of

enthusiasm for the exciting challenge of a real estate career.

Bayley, a native Californian, was in a family business that

specialized in tool sales.

“I am no stranger to the discipline needed to conduct a sales

career. The skills developed to build clientele, gain trust and to

provide service translate well into real estate and I anticipate no

problems getting a fast start in my chosen profession. My goal is to

help my clients have a fun and successful transaction as I

demonstrate my loyalty, honesty and commitment to their needs,” he

said.

Vallefuoco, a native Southern Californian, moved to Orange County

in 2000 because of the coastal amenities where most of her friends

grew up. She has a degree in communication studies and hopes to use

her expertise in counseling her clients about their real estate

options.

“I want to be my clients’ Realtor for life. My goal is to make

lifelong friends with all of my clients and to treat them as if they

were family,” she said.

Bayley is an avid golfer and plays tennis. He traveled to Italy

last year to visit family and friends.

Vallefuoco loves to ride horses. A traveler as well, she visited

countries from Holland to Italy on a three week adventure.

“My parents were born in Italy, so I travel there frequently to

visit family,” she explained.

Bayley and Vallefuoco agree that their team approach gives clients

a certain advantage.

“Our sports and our travels fuel our enthusiasm and our energy for

a demanding profession such as real estate. We really enjoy what we

do and working together, we ensure our clients get 200 percent in

customer service,” they said.
