Nancy Dunlap White

Private services will be held for former 18-year Costa Mesa

resident Nancy Dunlap White. Mrs. White died Thursday of congestive

heart failure. She was 76. She is survived by husband Gordon; son

Scott; brother David; sisters Jane Custer and Patti Walker; and one

grandchild.

Mark A. Soden

Services for longtime Newport Beach resident and retired Orange

County Superior Court Judge Mark A. Soden will be held at 4 p.m.

today at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Newport Beach.

Mr. Soden, a World War II veteran, died Friday of pneumonia. He was

86. He is survived by wife Sheryl Gerrie Soden and her children; son

Mark Jr.; daughter Mary Ann; sister Jean Carlock; and several

grandchildren.
