Julie Pham brings business acumen and high standards to her

clientele

Pham specializes in gaining trust quickly.

“When you care for your clients, they’ll take care for you. I

gained many of my clients from calling strangers on the phone but

Licensed since 1996, Pham also joined Toastmaster International to

improve her public speaking and communication skills. She is

bilingual, speaking both English and Vietnamese fluently.

She builds trust easily and maintains trust by delivering on her

promises. As a multi-million dollar producer, a member of the

President’s Club and Executive Club for during 1999, 2000 and 2001,

Pham has successfully maintained a strong referral network and strong

relationships with past clients.

“I am a full-time, experienced Realtor. The knowledge gained from

focusing on real estate allows me to give my clients the best service

possible, and to counsel them about their options,” she said.

A Southern California resident for more than 27 years, Pham sells

residential and income properties in Los Angeles County and all of

Orange County.

“I don’t specialize in any particular area. I sell and market

properties wherever my clients have a need. I am especially

knowledgeable about Fountain Valley, Westminster and the Huntington

Beach areas,” she explained.

Pham supports the Red Cross and Disabled American Veterans.

“The Red Cross helped me when I was younger and I want to give

back,” she said.

She is also creative and loves to decorate and work in her garden.

“It is so rewarding and relaxing to work on projects or in my

yard. It helps me cope with the stress of a demanding profession,”

Pham said.
