Bill and Linda Frith of Redondo Beach announce the engagement of

their daughter, Stefanie Frith of Placentia, to James Meier of

Placentia.

The relationship began at the Daily Pilot. The future bridegroom

is the city editor of the newspaper, and the bride-elect is a former

news assistant. She now works as a reporter at the Press-Enterprise

in Riverside.

The bride-elect graduated from Redondo Union High School and USC.

The future bridegroom, son of Robert and Millie Meier of

Lynchburg, Va., graduated from Temecula Valley High School and Cal

State Fullerton.

A March 2004 wedding is planned in Redondo Beach.

Madison and Wendy Bagby of Hemet, Calif. and Robert Ferree of Lake

Elsinore announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Rose Ferree

of Costa Mesa, to Paul Adam Jordan of Costa Mesa.

The bride-elect graduated from Hemet High School and Vanguard

University in Costa Mesa.

The future bridegroom, son of Richard and Ann Jordan, graduated

from Desert High School and Vanguard University in Costa Mesa.

An Aug. 9 wedding is planned at Waverly Church in Santa Ana.
