Orange Coast College’s baseball team absorbed a 16-2 Orange Empire

Conference defeat to host Irvine Valley Tuesday as the winners piled

up 23 hits, played errorless ball and scored six times in one inning,

twice.

Kyle Stanley, Manny Pedroza and Collin Stiltz all came up with

doubles and Ryan Mathews had a solo home run in Coast’s eight-hit

attack.

Coast falls to 14-15-1, 6-11 in the OEC.
