‘Eaters eighth

The UC Irvine women’s golf team shot rounds of 322 and 318 to finish

in a tie for eighth at the Peg Barnard Collegiate Sunday at the

Stanford Golf Course.

Stella Lee paced UCI, finishing 10th with a score of 75-79, 154.

Other UCI scorers included Angela Won (31st in 81-80, 161); Channing

Lovejoy (37th in 83-79, 162); Shelly Raworth (41st in 83-80, 163) and

Reana Yun (62nd in 90-82, 172).

Denver won the team title (621), followed by Stanford (622), San

Jose State (623), San Francisco (626) and Portland State (628).

UCI will return to competition at the Big West Championships,

scheduled April 21-22 at the Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills.

The Anteaters are defending Big West champions.
