“I would like to see the report that has come out and, not having

seen it, I’m always going to look at things to see how they make

sense or how they benefit the city, if I see something that’s a big

benefit as a whole. I’d really like to see what that consulting firm

had to say.”

DEALING WITH THE STATE BUDGET CRISIS:

“Obviously, I think the city needs to be fiscally sound and I

think we have to look at things that are not going to raise taxes. Of

course, economically, that’s always a struggle. I think we need to

take a look at making sure that the things that are contributing to

the city continue to contribute and have a good balance of what we

get from housing and business.”
