The bride-elect graduated from Quartz Hill High School in

Lancaster and has earned a master’s in clinical psychology from

Vanguard University in Costa Mesa.

The future bridegroom, son of Yoli and Bob Brogger of Newport

Beach, graduated from Corona del Mar High and Cal Poly University in

San Luis Obispo.

A June 14 wedding is planned at South Coast Assembly in San Juan

Capistrano.
