Services for 30-year Newport Beach resident Sherry Kerns will be

held at 2 p.m. Sunday at DeAnza Bayside Village’s South Clubhouse at

300 E. Coast Highway in Newport Beach. Ms. Kerns died May 28 of

complications from surgery. She was 54. She is survived by mother

Anne Kerns; two nieces; a nephew; and three great-nephews.

Louis N. Spielberger

Services for 60-year Costa Mesa resident Louis N. Spielberger will

be held at noon Saturday at Pacific View Mortuary Chapel. Mr.

Spielberger died May 25 of natural causes. He was 93. He is survived

by daughter Doris Gaynor; son Frank Spielberger; eight grandchildren;

12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

George Gurgos

Private family services will be held for 55-year Costa Mesa

resident George Gurgos. Mr. Gurgos died Monday of cancer. He was 83.

He is survived by daughters Gee Lozano and Cheri Skellern; brother

Frank Gurgos; and two grandchildren.

Virginia Irish Dixon

Private services will be held for 40-year Newport Beach resident

Virginia Irish Dixon. Mrs. Dixon died Sunday. She was 94. She is

survived by husband Ralph F. Dixon; son Ralph E. Dixon; daughters

Sarah V. Lafare and Alice D. Lord; five grandchildren; eight

great-grandchildren.

Mildred Marie Albertina Peterson Reineman

A celebration of life for former Newport Beach resident Mildred

“Millie” Marie Albertina Peterson Reineman will be held in San Diego

on Saturday. Mrs. Reineman died Feb. 16 of natural causes. She was

91. She is survived by seven children; 16 grandchildren; and five

great-grandchildren.

Farroll John Quigley

Services for former 48-year Costa Mesa resident Farroll John

Quigley were performed by the Neptune Society. Mr. Quigley died

Saturday. He was 86. He is survived by daughters April Ann Quigley

and Mari Roth; son David Michael Quigley; and a grandson and

granddaughter.
