Kaiser Elementary hosts moon trip

Taking a little trip to the moon, Kaiser Elementary School will

host a family science night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Titled “Moon Magic,” the event will include a NASA slide show

given by a remote-control robot, the chance to hold moon rocks and

meteorites, and experiments giving people the chance to make their

own lunar-like craters. Families will also be sent on a moon facts

scavenger hunt and will be able to explore different hands-on

stations together.

The evening will give the entire family a chance to learn about

the moon and space.

The Costa Mesa school is at 2130 Santa Ana Ave.
