Laguna Culinary Arts will host a casual New England summer menu
class from 3 to 6 p.m. Recipes will include spinach salad with feta
cheese and strawberries, cod with green pea coulis and bacon,
three-grain pilaf and walnut-filled puff pastry pouches. Cost is $95

FREE CONCERT/EXHIBITION
“Collector’s Choice,” an exhibition of original art by more than
70 renowned professional artists, and the Alford Lang Brass Quintet,
presented by Laguna Beach Live!, are the highlights of a free art
exhibition and classical music concert from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Held on
the pastoral campus of Laguna College of Art and Design, 2222 Laguna
Canyon Road, parking is free. The college’s gallery will be open from
2 to 4:30 p.m. and the concert will be from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
