Katherine Heller Zorn, the daughter of Richard L. and Franny

Heller Zorn, was married June 7 to Douglas Arthur Hand, Jr., a son of

Douglas A. Sr. and Diane L. Hand of Laguna Beach.

Rabbi David A. Posner performed the ceremony at the Metropolitan

Club in New York. The new Mrs. Hand, 26, a graduate of New York

University, received a associates degree in Fashion Design from

Parsons School of Design in May, 2003.

Mr. Hand, 33, is an Associate at Shearman & Sterling, a Manhattan

law firm. He attended school in Laguna Beach and was student body

president at the high school, graduating in 1988. He graduated cum

laude from Vassar College and received a doctorate and masters from

New York University.

After honeymooning in St. Barts and Anguilla, the couple will be

living in Manhattan.
