Partner event slated for Costa Mesa course

Costa Mesa Golf & Country Club is hosting the two-day junior/senior

partner summer classic Tuesday and today on the Los Lagos course. Tee

times begin at 8 a.m.

Senior professionals must be 45 or older. Partners played a

scramble format on Tuesday and will compete in an alternate-shot

format today.

Each must pay $700. Cash will be awarded to 30% of the field based

on a limit of 40 teams. First place receives $5,000 while second will

gain $4,000 followed by $3,000 for third. After green fees, the
