The Paul Frank Store is the newest hot boutique to open at South

Don’t miss the Dog Days of Becker Sale, which runs today through

Monday. It’s a five-day surfwear sale -- prices on everything except

surfboards and O’Neill wetsuits are reduced 23%. Owner Phil Becker is

a legend in the surf world. Since the 1960s, he’s shaped more than

100,000 boards, and he still shapes 11 boards a day. Becker’s an
