I like people-watching. Really, the job of a photographer is to

observe and chronicle people, in their day lives, and there is no

better place to do just that than Balboa Peninsula in the summertime.

No, not just because of the beautiful bodies in bikinis. You could

take one in the nose for snapping a frame of their frame. Rather, I

think the beach is a good place to people-watch because they seem to

become carefree.

Like these two fellows in the picture who attempted to race toward

the water on their hands. The race lasted not even two seconds and

ended with a nongraceful crash into the sand. A slice of life, no

matter how small, is always something worth a thousand words in a

picture.
