Madison Hayden and Aaron Rakhshani each scored two goals and the

Flame Throwers claimed the AYSO Region 56 boys’ Under-10 Division

championship with a 5-1 victory over the Trojans.

Dillon Brown scored the other goal for the Flame Throwers, who

held off a determined Trojans squad to advance to play in the Area

11K tournament in December.

“The team played a great game,” Flame Throwers coach Mike Weaver

said. “They talked to each other and passed the ball well.

“Everyone contributed to this team the entire season and I am very

proud of these boys’ accomplishments. We are looking forward to

competing at the Area level.”
