John J. Turner

A memorial service is scheduled for Mr. John J. Turner, a 28-year

Newport Beach resident, on Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Community Church

Congregational. The church is at 611 Heliotrope Ave. in Corona del

Mar.

Mr. Turner died on Sunday of natural causes. He was 83.

Mr. Turner is survived by his daughter Jan Turner Hering; son

Stephen Turner; and grandchildren John and Bren Hering and Anne and

Field Turner.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to

Circle 1000 at Hoag Hospital Presbyterian.

Bradford H. Miller

A memorial service for Mr. Bradford H. Miller, a former Newport

Beach resident, is set for noon today at Pacific View Chapel in

Corona del Mar.

Mr. Miller died on Thursday of a cardiac arrest. He was 65.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife Tracy; sons Bradford and

Brandon Miller; daughters Wendy Diehl and Cara Christensen; and

sister Cherie Austin.
