Oasis Senior Center will offer a four-week class called Mental

Fitness Plus from 1 to 2:30 p.m., beginning Jan. 8. The class uses

Brain Gym movements to access the whole brain. The cost is $35 for

participants with emotional and spiritual support to manage illness
