exchanged vows at Pelican Hill Golf Club in Newport Coast on Sept. 6.

The bride is the daughter of Pat and Craig Clements of Newport

Beach.

The bride wore a Monique Lhuillier-designed, duchesse satin,

fitted gown with embroidered beading at the neckline and a

chapel-length train.

The matron of honor was her sister, Alison Clements Burggren. The

bridesmaids were Jodi Kraft, Tonia Garrun, Gila Bati, Jill Riley and

Jodi Berkowitz.

The bridegroom is the son of Sandra and Walter Burnam of Newport

Beach. The best man was Rick Robinson. The ushers were Mikey

Clements, Chris Polovina, Alex Burggren, Scott Lewis and Nick

Lumpkin.

The reception was held at Pelican Hill Golf Club with 200 guests.

The couple spent its honeymoon in Tahiti.

The bride is employed as a first-grade teacher in the Orange

Unified School District. The groom is employed as an analyst at

Beacon Point Advisors.

Virkus-Goode

Amy Kristin Virkus of Napa Valley and Timothy Alan Goode of

Newport Beach exchanged vows at St. Mark Presbyterian Church in

Newport Beach on Oct. 25.

The bride is the daughter of Gary and Marlen Virkus of Napa

Valley.

The bride wore a strapless a-line gown with beading in the front

and on the train.

The maid of honor was Brigitte Barshay. The bridesmaids were Heidi

Virkus, Jana Freeman, Heather Ewing, Carrie Goode and Carrie Ransom.

The bridegroom is the son of Alan and Beverly Goode of Newport

Beach. The best man was Ryan Burns. The ushers were Todd and Jeff

Virkus.

The reception was held at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and

Tennis Club with 200 guests. The couple spent its honeymoon in

Jamaica.

The bride is employed in the Orange Unified School District. The

groom is employed at Abacus Project Management.
