Major reconstruction of streets and alleys within the Downtown area

is in progress and will continue through May. Along with the street

work, overhead utilities are being moved underground and various

sections of sewer lines are being replaced. The combined projects

will have one or two streets impacted on a daily basis during the

next four months.

Overhead utilities will be placed underground on Park Avenue

during the middle of February. The work will involve periodic lane

closures just below Skyline Drive.

Overhead utilities will be placed underground through May in the

Mystic Hills area. Work is underway on Hilledge Drive and will be

progressing upward. Major traffic impacts may occur when the work is

done on Skyline Drive in February and March.
