* Arlington Drive: A 43-year-old woman was cited for sleeping in

her vehicle and allegedly having an open container of alcohol in a

public park in the 900 block at 2:58 p.m. Friday.

* Gisler Avenue: A 32-year-old man was cited twice for allegedly

sleeping in his vehicle in the 1400 block; once at 2:53 a.m. and

again at 5:03 a.m. Friday.

* Gisler Avenue: A 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of

possession drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block at 8 p.m. Friday.

* Newport Boulevard: A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion

of violating parole and possessing a controlled substance and drug

paraphernalia in the 2500 block at 9 a.m. Friday.

* Newport Boulevard: A 55-year-old man was cited for allegedly

sleeping in his vehicle in the 1800 block at 3:12 a.m. Friday.

* Newport Boulevard: A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion

of grand theft, vehicle theft and driving with a suspended license in

the 2200 block at 4:35 p.m. Friday.

a.m. Saturday.

* Camus Drive: Grand theft was reported in the 4500 block at 9:51

a.m. Saturday.

* Colton Street: A loud and disturbing party was reported in the

200 block at 2:49 a.m. Saturday.

* Haven Place: Loud and disturbing music was reported in the 1500

block at 2:28 a.m. Saturday.
