Air Force Airman Michelle C. Van Fleet, daughter of Caroln Waddell

of Costa Mesa and granddaughter of Grace Levine of Woodland Hills,

graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in

San Antonio, Texas. During the six weeks of training, Van Fleet

received training in rifle marksmanship, field training exercise and

special training in human relations ... Army Reserve Spec. Juan C.

Ochoa, son of Gustavo Ochoa of Costa Mesa, recently graduated from

the power-generation equipment repairer advanced individual training

course at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. He was trained to

perform unit and direct support for general support maintenance

functions on power-generation equipment ...The Orange County Chapter

of the Alzheimer’s Assn. recently named Jeff Saccacio, director of

West Coast trusts and estates at Citigroup Private Bank in Costa

Mesa, as the chairman of the board of directors ... Sean Rivell,

grounds supervisor for Orange Coast College’s 164-acre campus, recently introduced a new green- waste mulching and irrigation

program on campus ... Chef Pioquinto “PQ” Elizondo and Debbie Howard,

general manager of Rothschild’s Restaurant in Corona del Mar,

recently celebrated their 20th anniversary as employees at the

restaurant ... Amanda K. Abbott, Robin Abellar, David J. Aguilar,

Yumiko Akimoto, Krista L. Arciniega, Linda K. Arlotti, Karyn A. Baig,
