Patches is an exceptional 8-month-old kitten. He will stay by your

side for a walk around the block.

“He is quite an adaptable and amazing cat, you can do almost

anything with him.” says his caregiver, Jane Powell. “He cuddles by

your knees at night to sleep.”

Patches was adopted last fall from us. His owners are getting a

divorce and they thought it best to return him to our care. He has

adapted quickly back with Powell. He must have been missing someone

to play with, as he never tires of roughhousing with the tiny kittens

being readied for adoption. We know he would be happiest with another

playful cat and does very well with children.

Patches is a wonderful example of the kind of animals a quality

in-home care program can produce.
