Phil and Denise Buccola of Oceanside announce the engagement of

their daughter Jessie Mayfield of Corona del Mar to Michael H. Morris

of Corona del Mar.

The bride-elect graduated from Carlsbad High School in Carlsbad

and Chapman University.

The future bridegroom, son of Frank and Audria Morris of Laguna

Beach, graduated from Cate School in Carpinteria and from USC.

A September wedding is planned in San Gimignano, Italy.

Redjai-Young

Roya Redjai of Newport Beach and Ian Michael Young of Costa Mesa,

exchanged vows at Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert on Feb. 28.

The bride is the daughter of Shahin and Mohammad Ali Redjai of

Irvine.

The bride wore a silk taffeta gown with a strapless bodice and a

full skirt that cascaded into layers of ruches.

The matron of honor was Keri Bernstein. The bridesmaids were

Sheila Carden, Thea Reinhart, Tracy Snyder, Charlotte Youngand Parisa

Soltani.

The bridegroom is the son of Linda and Norman Young of Costa Mesa.

The best man was Carver Young. The ushers were Adam Cleary, Andy Cox,

Courtney Pollock, Josh Opp and Brent Broaddus.

The reception was held at the Palm Valley Country Club with 220

guests in attendance. The two plan to live in Irvine.

The bride is employed in mortgage banking. The groom is

self-employed.
