“The Miracle Worker” will be presented by the Academy of the

Performing Arts. The play tells the story of deaf, blind and mute

12-year-old Helen Keller and her teacher, Annie Sullivan. The 7:30

“The Dining Room,” a play written by A. R. Gurney and directed by

“Off the Lip,” which has been called the “Spinal Tap” of surfing

movies and stars Newport native Marguerite Moreau, will screen at

7:20 p.m. at the Huntington Beach Mann Pierside Pavilion 6. Viewers

can hang with the director, cast and surf celebs after the screening.

The Huntington High girls surf team has helped promote the screening

The “Women Who Surf” exhibit will have a grand opening with
