Prepare to be charmed

Village Laguna will host the 32nd annual Charm House Tour on Sunday.

Five North Laguna Beach homes will be featured, including the Ropp

House, a Provincial Revival home built in 1922 for Roy Ropp. Other

homes on the tour will include a Craftsman bungalow and a Spanish

Revival.

Chartered trams will take tour guests to different stops on the

tour, and guests will be able to visit the homes at their own pace.

Trams will start at noon and the final tram will depart at 3:30 p.m.

Homes will be closed at 5:30 p.m. The trams will pick guests up at

the Festival of Arts grounds at 650 Laguna Canyon Road. Tickets will

cost $35 each pre-sale, and $40 on Sunday, if available. Tickets will

be on sale at shops and offices throughout Laguna Beach. For more
