CLOSURES

From noon on Sunday to early Monday morning, the following streets

will be closed to traffic except bicycles and pedestrians: Eastbound

West Balboa Avenue from Pacific Coast Highway to 32nd Street; all

numbered streets between West Balboa Avenue and Seashore Drive; and

Seashore Drive between 32nd Street and 51st Street. City parking lots

at City Hall and Superior Avenue will also be closed.
