Ready for a retrial
I support 100% the district attorney’s decision to retry that
gang-rape case of that multimillionaire assistant sheriff’s son and
the other two young men.
To me, the mistrial is a gross miscarriage of justice. Doesn’t the
young lady becoming the victim have some rights? Doesn’t she deserve
some justice?
To me, it’s an unbelievable leap from her alleged promiscuity to
the horrible things the three young men did to her. And to me, to
make matters even worse, they probably videotaped their despicable
acts. And then, to compound it, they showed the tape to other people.
I think there should be some consequences, and now there are none.
These three young men will learn nothing if there are no
consequences.

I definitely feel the three teenagers accused of gang-raping and
sexually assaulting the girl should be retried. Rape is rape and
sexual assault is still sexual assault and should be punished.

I definitely believe those teenagers should be retried for
allegedly gang-raping that young woman. I believe if they don’t
suffer some kind of legal consequence for their behavior, they will
commit such an act again.

I definitely think that the district attorney should retry the
three teenagers, who allegedly gang-raped the 16-year-old girl. I
definitely think it is a good use of taxpayer money.

I definitely think the district attorney should retry these three
teenagers. In my mind, there’s no question of what they’ve done.

Of course, they should be retried. And they should probably be
tried separately.
And in answer to your question, “Is it a good use of taxpayer
money?”: if we have enough funds to pay for all the illegal
immigrants that are here, to pay for their school, their
hospitalization and all the other things that they get, we have
enough money to conduct another trial for these three despicable
young men.

As in the O.J. Simpson trial, even against overwhelming evidence
against them, the defense reigned supreme because they were
represented by high-priced, private-practice attorneys, who are among
the best in their business.
The prosecution was represented by government employees -- the
District Attorney’s Office. It was a mismatch from the beginning.
Although I would like to see these three degenerates pay for their
heinous actions, I don’t expect it to happen.

Why would anyone in their right mind allow three teenagers to
abusively assault them with foreign objects and then allow it to be
videotaped? You would have to be drugged! How can the jury allow the
defense to twist evidence and brainwash them? The teenagers are
guilty! I agree with Orange County Dist. Atty. Tony Rackauckus.
