Women’s clothing store to reopen on Friday

A larger, renovated Roxy store will reopen Friday at South Coast

Plaza, offering unique women’s clothes and accessories for an

athletic lifestyle.

Models for Roxy and Teen Vogue will appear at a celebration for

the opening of the 2,750-square-foot store, expanded from 900 square

feet, and features an 8-foot-high wave wall made of resin, sea shells

and glass.

The Roxy store is at South Coast Plaza, 3333 Bristol St., Costa

Mesa.

Yard House offers new take-out options

The popular restaurant Yard House is offering a new take-out

choice to its dine-in establishment, a move that includes options for

single orders and larger options for office/party ideas.

The party platters feed either eight to 10 or 16 to 18 and come in

several types, including an appetizer platter, seven salad platters

and entree platters. Each ranges in price depending on the type and

size ordered.

Also new is a single boxed lunch, which includes a sandwich of

either turkey or roast beef on sourdough bread, chips and a cookie

for $7.95.

Not to be incomplete, Yard House is also offering Beer Growlers, a

take-home beer container offered in every type of beer available at

the restaurant. Costs vary on the type of beer, and refills are

available.

Likely to be expanded company-wide soon, these take-out options

are offered only at the Triangle Square location in Costa Mesa.

American Vanguard added to stock indexes

The agricultural products company based in Newport Beach has been

added to the Russell 3000 and Russell 2000 stock indexes.

The 3000 measures the performance of the 3,000 largest United

States companies based on total market capitalization, while the

Russell 2000 measures the smaller 2,000 companies in the Russell 3000

index.

American Vanguard develops markets for crop protection, turf and

ornamentals management and public and animal health.

Tanning salon celebrates opening

Executive Tans Salon is holding a grand opening ceremony Aug. 7

and 8, when they will offer specials like “buy one, get one free” on

all sunless tanning, 10% off lotion products and “tan until 2005 for

$99.”

The Colorado-based company first opened in 1991 and has expanded

to more than 70 franchise locations in 45 cities. The company also

has several stores under construction in Colorado, Ohio, Illinois,

Texas, New York, California, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Florida.
