* Broadway and South Coast Highway: A Cathedral City man was

arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor resisting a police officer at

12:34 a.m.

* Catalina Avenue and South Coast Highway: A Long Beach man was

arrested on warrants for possession of dangerous drugs and possession

of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a report of a foul

odor inside a recreational vehicle at 2:31 a.m.

* Ceanothus Drive: A man reported his driveway was vandalized by

someone who used a sledgehammer, and that a portable toilet was

overturned near his house in the 31400 block at 2:37 p.m.

* Fontana Way: Identity theft was reported when a man told police

his credit card had been used fraudulently to make $25,000 in

purchases in the 600 block at 9:26 p.m.

* Forest Avenue: A merchandise manager reported 1,000 pieces of

clothing valued at $17,000 were missing in the 200 block at 10:36

a.m. The manager called the police so there would be documentation of

missing clothes, but did not want to file an official crime report.

* Oak Street: A man reported a baby pigeon had found its way into

his house and was unable to fly out in the 500 block at 12:07 p.m.

* South Coast Highway: A woman reported her credit cards were

stolen out of her purse in the 31300 block at 8:40 a.m.

* South Coast Highway: Police received a report that a former

hotel employee embezzled company funds to her credit card account in

the 600 block at 10:46 a.m.

* Wave Street: Christmas dishes and tools with a total value of

$1,400 were reported stolen in the 200 block at 4:05 p.m.

* Woodland Drive: A woman requested police contact her neighbor

after her cat reportedly got in a fight with her neighbor’s cat in

the 200 block at 3:58 p.m.

SUNDAY

* Broadway: An Aliso Viejo man was arrested on warrants for

possession of dangerous drugs and being under the influence of drugs

in the 200 block at 12:45 a.m.

* Cliff Drive: A man was reportedly collecting oysters and fishing

in violation of fish and game laws near Heisler Park in the 300 block

at 6:48 a.m.

* Ocean Vista Drive: Four tires were reported stolen out of a

garage in the 21600 block at 6:59 p.m.

* Park Avenue: A woman was arrested on suspicion of public

intoxication after police responded to a report of a woman kicking

the glass out of a door in the 800 block at 1:24 a.m.

* South Coast Highway and Brooks Street: An injury traffic

collision was reported at 2:04 p.m.

* South Coast Highway and Forest Avenue: An injury traffic

collision was reported at 8:36 p.m.

SATURDAY

* Main Beach: A San Clemente man was arrested on a warrant for

hit-and-run in the 100 block at 11:11 a.m.

* Shaws Cove: A person was reportedly fishing without a license in

the 1000 block at 1:06 p.m.

* Viejo Street: A man reported a neighbor went on his property to

cut down his trees in the 200 block at 6:02 p.m.

FRIDAY

* Cleo Street: A man in a wheelchair was reportedly harassing

supermarket customers in the 200 block at 12:07 p.m.

* Tree Top Lane: A handrail was reportedly cut off the top of a

stairway at a school in the 21600 block at 8:41 a.m.
