Red Rhinos roll past Wings

Riley Draghi scored five goals and Chad Sasaki recorded the shutout

in goal to lead the Red Rhinos in a 9-0 defeat of the Wings in an

Adams Division match at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in

Huntington Beach.

Draghi also added an assist on the Red Rhinos’ first score, a

first-period goal by Zoe Draghi. Zoe Draghi finished with a pair of

goals, as did Harrison Eggert.

Sasaki got the win on 11 saves.

In other Adams Division matches:

Jokers 5, Rink Rats 3

Alexander Taros and William Huffman each scored twice as the

Jokers got past the Rink Rats.

Austin Raban scored the Jokers’ final goal and Andrew Huffman

picked up an assist. Scott Webb finished with 13 saves for the Jokers.

Ashton McKeown scored all three goals for the Rink Rats and Shane

Williams finished with 25 saves.

Dyno-Mites 6, Rockets 1

Matthew Bodge scored three goals and the Dyno-Mites scored four

times in the first period in their win over the Rockets.

William Huffman added two goals and Andrew Huffman scored once for

the Dyno-Mites. Will Sheppard had 11 saves in the victory.

Trent Morsk recorded 28 saves for the Rockets.

Kings 6, Mini Giants 6

Benjamin Jaeger netted all six goals as the Kings rallied to tie

the Mini Giants. Trent Morsk’s three goals paced the Mini Giants.

Kristen Schaefer scored twice and Trent Sievers scored once.

Jonathan Cooper recorded 22 saves for the Kings.
