Roxy, a division of Quiksilver, focuses on fun, casual lifestyle

apparel and accessories for youthful women.

Its South Coast Plaza store just reopened with a new look and is

now the largest company-owned Roxy store in the country. The store’s

unique design features an 8-foot-by-6-inch wave wall made of resin,

seashells and glass. It’s the place to find complete lines of Roxy

brands, including Roxy Girl (sizes 7 to 16) and Teeny Wahine (sizes 4

to 6). It also carries the largest selection of footwear and luggage,

and in September, the store will stock the new Roxy soft-top

received more than 200 new children’s books. It also has a complete

A LITTLE OFF THE TOP

For the best in hairstyles, color and treatments, book an

appointment at Images Salon in Corona del Mar. The salon employs 40

creative stylists who have professionally trained with the industry’s

Images Salon is also dedicated to helping the community with

benefits throughout the year. It recently donated books and money to

Paul Revere School in Anaheim through its second annual book drive,

and it has an ongoing clothing drive.

Images is hosting an annual cut-a-thon to benefit Childhelp USA

from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 26. Stylists will donate their time

by offering $30 haircuts, normally valued at $65. You can pre-book an

DIAMONDS WERE THIS GUY’S BEST FRIEND

Tiffany & Co. pays tribute to Jean Schlumberger, one of the

world’s most renowned jewelry designers, with “Joie de Vivre,” a

spectacular jewelry collection on view at Tiffany & Co. at South

Coast Plaza through Sept. 19.

Schlumberger arrived at Tiffany & Co. in 1956, initiating his most

prolific design period. He produced fantastic, timeless pieces. The

collection includes whimsical improvisations on flowers, birds, ocean

life and mystical motifs, sculpted in 18-karat gold and platinum,

with splendid gemstones and brilliant diamonds. Schlumberger’s

fascination with mythical and colorful harmonies of gemstones is

displayed in his Phoenix, Pegasus and Unicorn clips. He combines lush

amethysts, yellow sapphires, tsavorites with rubies and diamonds. His

other pieces include feminine and glamorous earrings and collars, as

well as gold and gem-encrusted boxes and cases.
