services during former President Ronald Reagan’s funeral in

Washington, D.C. Isham is a member of the Military District of

Washington Engineer Company at Fort Belvoir, Va. ... Katherine Gordon

of Newport Beach began studies Monday as a freshman at American

University in Washington, D.C. ... The Friends of Orange Coast

College’s library elected their officers for the 2004-2005 school

year. Jeffrey Dimsdale of Santa Ana and Donna Shockley of Newport

Beach will continue serving as president and vice president,
