Johanna Grace Armentrout

A memorial service for Johanna Grace Armentrout is scheduled to be

held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Our Lady Queen of Angels Roman

Catholic Church at 2046 Mar Vista Drive in Newport Beach.

Mrs. Armentrout, a 16-year resident of Newport Beach, died on

Monday of lung cancer. She was 62.

Mrs. Armentrout is survived by her husband Steven Armentrout;

daughter Yvonne Check; son Eric Check; sisters Jeraldine Reynolds,

Patricia Ann le Tallec, Mary Carol Pierman and Renee Oberstar; and

seven grandchildren.

Richard H. Fowler

Richard H. Fowler, a 43-year Costa Mesa resident, died on Aug. 6

of acute respiratory failure. He was 82.

Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife Paula; son David; daughter

Nancy; and two grandchildren.

A private graveside service was held.

William Howard Daum Jr.

William Howard Daum Jr., a 35-year Corona del Mar resident, died

on Aug. 31 of natural causes. He was 91.

Mr. Daum is survived by his wife Jessie Daum, son, two daughters,

four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

A private funeral will be held.

Patrick Henry Healey

Patrick Henry Healey, a longtime Costa Mesa resident, died on Aug.

18 in his home. He was 80.

Mr. Healey is survived by his wife Doreen; son Charles; daughter

Tona; brother Raymond Healey; four grandchildren; and two great

grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Aug. 24 at St. John the Baptist

Church in Costa Mesa. Burial was at Harbor Lawn-Mount Olive Memorial

Park in Costa Mesa with military honors.
