Bob and Nancy Robison

Longtime Costa Mesa residents Bob and Nancy Robison celebrated 50

years of marriage Aug. 14 at home with catered hamburgers and pies

and with music provided by Newport Beach resident Jim Roberts.

Attendees included sons Todd, Glenn and Eric Robison, and their

wives and children.

Robert spent 17 years as an administrator with the Los Angeles

City Police Department and another 17 years with the L.A. City Fire

Department. Nancy is a writer and photographer with 70 published

books, including “Dear Hubby About Your Retirement.”

Both volunteer at the Garden Club at Oasis Senior Center, the

Second Church of Christ, Scientists and by picking up books for

“Friends of the Library” at the Newport Beach Public Library.

Nodari -- Callahan

Nelson and Ann Callahan of Corona del Mar announce the engagement

of their son, Bradley Callahan of Corona del Mar, to Michelle Nodari

of Costa Mesa.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Nair Nodari and the late

Aquelino Nodari of Las Vegas. She graduated from Sonora High School

and from Chapman University.

The future bridegroom graduated from Corona del Mar High School

and from the University of Southern California.

An April 30, 2005 wedding is planned at St. John Vianney Chapel in

Newport Beach.
