John Wayne Airport officials offer tips
John Wayne Airport officials suggest the following travel tips to
make flying on Labor Day weekend smoother: Arrive at least an
hour-and-a-half before your flight; limit carry-on baggage, since
most flights are filled to capacity; and be prepared for screening.
New security checkpoints opened in June at the airport. Passenger
levels reached record highs at the airport during June and July.
