Stoddard -- Callahan

Nelson and Ann Callahan of Corona del Mar announce the engagement

of their son, Craig Callahan, of Corona del Mar to Shannon Stoddard

of Huntington Beach.

The bride-elect, daughter of John and Peggy Stoddard of Pasadena,

graduated from Burlingame High School and the University of

California, Irvine.

The future groom graduated from Corona del Mar High School and the

University of Colorado, Boulder.

A Sept. 25 wedding is planned in St. Philip the Apostle Church in

Pasadena.

Stevens -- Baker

Rick and Susan Baker of Costa Mesa announce the engagement of

their son, Stephen Baker, to Estee Stevens, both of Costa Mesa.

The bride-to-be, daughter of Mark and Jill Stevens of Palm

Springs, graduated from Estancia High School and California State

University, Fullerton, and earned a Master’s degree at National

University. She’s a fourth grade teacher in the Ocean View School

District in Huntington Beach.

The future bridegroom, a Los Angeles firefighter, graduated from

Estancia High School and Chapman University.

A July 2005 wedding is planned in Palm Springs.
