Free guided walking tours of the Upper Newport Bay Ecological

Reserve begin at 9 a.m. and start every 15 minutes at East Bluff

Drive and Back Bay Road in Newport Beach. The last tour leaves at

The first Easy Ride for Autism will begin at 10 a.m. at Bartel’s

Harley-Davidson, 4141 Lincoln Blvd., Marina Del Rey and concludes at

Newport Dunes Resort, 1131 Back Bay Drive, Newport Beach. The event

features Grand Marshal Peter Fonda and a lunch concert by “Louie,

Louie” crooners The Kingsmen at Newport Dunes. Registration begins at

The 16th annual CROP Walk for hunger relief and world peace will

begin at 1 p.m. at St. Mark Presbyterian Church, 2100 Mar Vista

Drive, Newport Beach. Members of more than 25 places of worship will

walk around the Back Bay to raise money for worldwide charities.
