A “Brain Gym” movements class is held from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

Wednesdays through Sept. 28 and Wednesdays from Oct. 6 to 27 at Oasis

designed to improve relaxation, concentration and memory access. The

Las Vegas performer Jimmy Chapel will sing songs popularized by

Women’s Club’s monthly Friendship Luncheon. The club meets at noon at

An Alcoholics Anonymous men’s support group meets from 8 to 9:30

Oasis Senior Center holds a pancake breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. on

the second Saturday of every month. Breakfast includes pancakes,

sausage, coffee and orange juice for $3, $1 for children. The center

A widows/widowers support group meets from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays

The Braille Institute offers free computer classes to people with

fading vision who have difficulty seeing the computer screen. The

from the Betty’s Trio from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. every Tuesday night at

Jewish Family Service offers ongoing bereavement support groups

for adults at all stages of loss. Group members share experiences,

hear how others deal with grief, receive support and learn ways to

Temple Judea in Laguna Hills. The third group meets at 1 p.m.
