1. I will preserve the essence of Laguna Beach and make certain all

changes fit us.

2. I will work to make certain our infrastructure is maintained

and replaced when necessary; ease our congestion and create more

parking spaces by moving ahead on the Village Entrance; create more

parking in South and North Laguna; require that each month a

financial report be made at the council meetings; protect our

environment; keep the hospital in town; listen to our citizens; and

approve a general plan that will protect our neighborhoods and our

town.

3. My goal is to ease congestion and create more parking -- they

work together. To do that in the Downtown area, we need to move

forward on the Village Entrance project, protect all parking spaces

at Act V and work to add more parking facilities in north and south

Laguna.

4. I would like the council to return the overrun of $7.5 million

and $1 million wasted on interest payments that did not need to be

made.

5. I will work to add to our low-income housing pool. I will

explore what other communities with soaring property values have done

to accomplish this, and explore creating live/work residences near

our Downtown area.
