WHAT: The 10th Roosters Foundation Monte Carlo gala, “An Evening

with Hal Linden”

INFORMATION: The event benefits seven Orange County children’s

charities and includes dinner, a cocktail reception, live and silent

WHAT: Canine costume and talent contests will be featured at the

12th annual Top Dog Fashion Show. Dogs performing winning tricks will

appear on the “Pet Star” television program.

WHAT: The 2004 Newport Coast Adventure Run

WHEN: 6 a.m. to noon

WHERE: Crystal Cove Park, off of Coast Highway, between Corona del

Mar and Laguna Beach

INFORMATION: Will include 10K a 5K competitive runs and a 5K fun

walk. There will also be fun runs for children in costumes. Parking

will be available at the Crystal Cove Promenade. Runners will be able
