A ‘hull’ of a good time at the fairgrounds

Hullabaloo, a free carnival-style event, will be at the Orange

County Fairgrounds today.

The event will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and those attending must

enter off Arlington Drive at Gate 4 of the fairgrounds.

The event offers free activities for all ages, including 50

booths, a dunk tank, a climbing wall, a photo booth and a petting

zoo.

People attending the event can wear costumes, however for security

reasons, masks will not be allowed.

Along with other activities, admission and parking are free. Food

will be available at a small cost.

Three Costa Mesa churches -- Newport Mesa Christian Center, The

Crossing, and ROCKharbor Community Church along with Vanguard

University and other community organizations are hosting the

carnival.
