Final weekend for ‘Stage Door’

Laguna Beach High School will present “Stage Door” at the Artists’

Theatre, 625 Park Ave. at 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday.

The play is set in a post-depression boarding house for girls, who

are aspiring actresses. Tickets are $15 for reserved seats, $10 for

LBHS annual holiday greens order deadline today

The graduating class will host a holiday sale to raise funds to

benefit the Laguna Beach High School’s “Safe Graduation Night

Events.”

Fresh mixed evergreen wreaths, 20 and 24 inch, and 15 foot cedar

garlands and fudge from the Chocolate Soldier in Dana Point will be

sold. Order deadline is Saturday, to be picked up 10 a.m. to noon

Dec. 4 and 11 at the Laguna Beach Unified School District parking

lot, 550 Blumont St.

Quest for Excellence’s group to meet

Quest for Excellence committee invites the public to its regular

meetings at the district office, 550 Blumont St. The Social and

Emotional Education Development committee will meet today from 9 to

11 a.m. An Academic Depth discussion will meet from 2:45 to 3:30 p.m.

Nov. 29 at the high school room 20.

On Dec. 3 at the district office the Quest for Excellence full

committee will meet from 9 to 10 a.m. and the Social and Emotional

Education Development committee will meet from 10 a.m. to noon.

Laguna Beach High School will hold its annual Holiday Boutique

from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 4.
