Couple attacked, robbed at beach

A man and woman were robbed and attacked at Huntington City Beach

early Dec. 22, police said.

Four people approached the couple at about 2 a.m., demanded their

car keys and a description of their vehicle, police said. Both the

man and woman were attacked, and the woman was choked, police said.

The quartet then took off with the keys.

Police later arrested Leland Johnson, 18, of Fullerton and a

juvenile. The car keys were recovered, police said. The remaining two

people allegedly involved have not been caught.

The man and woman suffered minor injuries and were not

hospitalized, police said.
