Army Pvt. Irene Arreola has graduated from the Automated Logistical

Specialist Advanced Individual Training course at the U.S. Army

Quartermaster Center and School at Fort Lee, Petersburg, Va.

Arreola was taught how to keep inventory and accounting records,

perform warehousing duties and undertake other supply-related tasks.

Pfc. Wayne J. Hansen has graduated from basic combat military

training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla.

During eight weeks of training, Hansen studied rifle marksmanship,

weapons, first aid and other subjects. He received special training

in human relations. Hansen is the son of Glenn J. Hansen and Linda

Ellyson of Costa Mesa. He is a 2001 graduate of Costa Mesa High

School.
