fence with a chain saw at 5:51 p.m. in the 31600 block.

* Glenneyre Street: Police received a report that a person alone

in a house heard someone knocking on the door at 12:57 a.m. in the

1200 block.

* Grandview Street: A dark blue 1987 Toyota was reportedly keyed

at 5:52 p.m. in the 200 block.

* Rockledge Road: A woman reported that people selling magazines

were harassing her by repeatedly ringing her doorbell at 5:17 p.m. in

the 10 block.

* South Coast Highway: A woman reported that someone came into her

house and changed the locks at 2:17 p.m. in the 500 block.

MONDAY

* Catalina: A gas scooter worth $580 was reportedly stolen at 3:03

p.m. in the 2000 block.

* Myrtle Street: A green Mustang convertible reportedly rolled

down a hill and crashed into a white van at 4:15 p.m. in the 400

block.

* Samoa Way: Police received a report that a man locked himself in

his bedroom at 5:02 p.m. in the 1400 block.

* South Coast Highway: A woman reported that she was receiving

threatening phone calls from several men at 6:31 p.m. in the 1400

block.

* Vista del Sol at South Coast Highway: A silver SUV was

reportedly following a Ford Explorer at 3:16 a.m.

SUNDAY

* Cliff Drive: A hit-and-run accident was reported at 8 p.m. in

the 300 block.

* Cliff Drive: A woman reported that $500 worth of painting

equipment was missing at 4:26 p.m. in the 300 block.

* Jewel Avenue: Police received a report that there were

aggressive children at 7:56 p.m. in the 31600 block.

* North Coast Highway at Emerald Bay: It was reported that two

Chevrolet Corvettes were racing at high speeds at 11:50 a.m.

* South Coast Highway: Police received a report that several men

in a champagne-colored Mercedes were being verbally abusive at 12:18

a.m. in the 300 block.

* South Coast Highway: Police received a report that a man was in

the women’s restroom at 2:50 p.m. in the 30800 block.

SATURDAY

* Mar Vista Road: A woman told police that someone broke into her

house and stole a computer and gold jewelry at 8:28 p.m. in the 31700

block.

* Mountain Road and Catalina: Police received a report that a red

Pontiac hit a parked white Chrysler LeBaron at 4:55 p.m.

* Van Dyke Drive: Police received a report that about 100 children

were at a party where there was underage drinking at midnight in the

1000 block.

FRIDAY

* Cliff Drive: Police received a report that transients on the

beach had a large boulder and pepper spray at 1:29 p.m. in the 400

block.
