The Newport-Mesa Unified School District offers menu choices each day

at elementary schools. Students may choose a vegetarian entree. The

selection varies and may be either a salad, sandwich or hot entree.

Here’s what’s being served this week.

TODAY: Pepperoni Hot Pocket or munchable lunch salad with Yoplait

fruit yogurt, baby carrots with ranch dip, raisins and choice of

milk.

WEDNESDAY: Mozzarella cheese dippers or munchable lunch salad,

marinara sauce, crisp green salad with ranch dressing, fresh fruit

and choice of milk.

THURSDAY: Pizza-flavored chick’n wedges or oriental chicken salad

with fresh baked whole grain roll, broccoli with ranch dip, fresh

orange, animal snackers and choice of milk.

FRIDAY: Bean and cheese burrito or munchable lunch salad, veggie

sticks with ranch dip, frosty strawberry cup and choice of milk.

MONDAY: Foster Farms corn dog or munchable lunch salad, potato

wedges, fresh fruit and choice of milk.
